I have a ready artwork, how do I submit my files for printing?
To serve you better, we need high-resolution PDF files with at least 3mm bleeds where necessary. Alternatively, you can send us packaged raw files including links and fonts.
What is the maximum size of paper that you machine can print?
The maximum printing sheet size our press can handle is 320x460mm, with a maximum area of 305x430mm.
Do you offer print finishing services as well or do you just print as sheets?
We offer the full range of finishing solutions including lamination, binding, trimming; with a wide range of choices for each type of finish.
What is your turn-around time on print jobs?
Our average turnaround time is 24hours although this can take longer depending on the complexity and volume of the job.
